Description
On the day of your culinary experience, you will be collected from your accommodation in Punta Cana and transported to a unique kitchen located in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic.
Donning our aprons, we will commence the cooking lesson under the guidance of our skilled multilingual instructor, embarking on the journey to prepare our selected dish. During this session, you will gain insights into each ingredient's role and contribution to the overall flavor profile. At the conclusion of the class, you will have the opportunity to savor the results of your efforts, enjoying the meals we created alongside refreshing beverages.
After a two-and-a-half-hour immersive experience, we will bid farewell and return you to your hotel in Punta Cana.

As part of the reservation process, you will choose which delightful Dominican recipe you wish to master. Options include the traditional sancocho, a hearty meat and vegetable soup, or a red snapper fish preparation.
If you prefer, consider attempting a classic Caribbean lobster dish. While sharing intriguing details about how this treasured seafood is captured, we will lead you through a delightful recipe featuring authentic Caribbean staples such as plantains and cassava.
Schedules
Menu offerings will change based on the selected day:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: you'll learn to craft chillo fish
- Tuesday: the focus will be on preparing sancocho
- Thursday: you'll dive into the world of Caribbean lobster
