Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Rhodes at 9 am, where we will embark on an exploration of the essential landmarks and historical sites of the largest island in the Dodecanese archipelago.

Our first destination will be Kritinia Castle, a medieval stronghold perched atop Mount Attavyros. As we navigate the castle's remnants, fascinating tales of the numerous confrontations to safeguard the island from the Turks and Venetians will be shared.

After absorbing the stunning vistas of the Aegean Sea from Kritinia Castle, we will proceed to the quaint village of Embona. Here, you'll delve into the age-old traditions surrounding olive and wine production unique to Rhodes. Enjoy a sampling of exquisite local wine and olive oil, allowing your palate to experience the essence of the island!

Next on our itinerary is the **Profitis Ilias mountain**, a splendid spot to engage with the island’s breathtaking natural scenery. We will visit the most picturesque viewpoints, ideal for capturing memorable photographs, before we head back to the minibus and make our way to the Byzantine Church of St. Nicholas in Fountouklis.

Our tour concludes with a return to your hotel around 5 pm.
