Meeting Point

We'll meet outside the Santi Cosma e Damiano basilica, located at Via dei Fori Imperiali, 1, 00186 Roma RM, Italy, near the entrance to the Roman Forum.

Important Info

Tickets are personalized and non-transferable. A valid ID or passport matching the names on the reservation must be presented for entry. Ensure that the names match exactly as they appear on the ID/passport, as access will be denied for misspelt names or incorrect characters. Please note that priority access groups may experience a slight delay in entry due to these identity checks. Failure to provide the mandatory and accurate information requested by the local provider (such as misspelt names or using a child's name instead of an adult's) will result in the cancellation of your reservation on a non-refundable basis.

Due to the exclusivity of the tour and the limitations in the ticket management process recently incorporated at the Colosseum, we would like to inform you that the start time of your tour may vary by more than 3 hours. For availability and operational reasons, the schedule and start time may change. The timetable of your booking is therefore merely indicative. The local tour operator will get in touch with you before the tour to confirm the exact start time.

If a group makes separate reservations, there's a chance they won't all be in the same tour group. If you want to be together, please let the tour operator know and they will try their best to put you in the same group, depending on availability.

Additional Info

• Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes ahead of time; the tour begins on the dot. We recommend checking Google Maps well before the start of the tour to check how long it'll take to arrive.
• Small backpacks are permitted, but large ones are not.
• You may not bring umbrellas or other large objects inside.
• Should the weather be bad, entrance to the arena is not guaranteed.
• To enter the monument you must present a valid ID or passport.
• The order of the tour is subject to modifications.
• To enter the area, guests must pass through a metal detector.
• In the summer we advise bringing a hat, sun cream and a bottle of water.
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking, hills, and stairs; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• We regret that we're unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We're also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
• If the Arena tour cannot be done, a regular visit will be made to the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill, and the price difference will be refunded.
• Please note that on weekends, holidays, and special dates the access time and duration of the activity may be slightly affected.
• On the first Sunday of each month, the tour is unavailable.
