Trip Overview

At the agreed time, we will gather at East San Ysidro Boulevard and leave the bustling city of San Diego behind as we head towards Tijuana. Within just 30 minutes, we will have crossed the US-Mexico border. Let’s begin our adventure!

Did you know that Tijuana is the largest city in Baja California? Upon arrival, we will stroll along the main thoroughfare, Avenida Revolución, a perfect place to fully experience the local vibe. Our path will take us past traditional cantinas, nightclubs, restaurants, and art galleries that beautifully blend Mexican and Californian influences. We will also share with you the fascinating history of this vibrant street, affectionately referred to as "La Revu" by locals.

Throughout our walking excursion, we will encounter various historical sites and murals that narrate the city's origin. Numerous stops will be made for photo opportunities at iconic landmarks, including the Torre de Agua Caliente and the Arco Monumental. Don’t forget your cameras!

When hunger strikes, we will treat ourselves to a traditional meal featuring Mexican tacos, accompanied by zesty sauces and a selection of toppings, along with a refreshing beverage. Savor the flavors!

Following our meal, there will be some free time for you to relax and, if desired, sample a Tijuanan artisanal beer.
