Description
We will convene at Largo Giove Serapide in Taormina at the designated time, where our pizza-making adventure will take place.
The workshop will commence with a selection of fresh ingredients essential for our pizzas. What defines the key to perfect dough? Which flour or yeast is best? How should we knead the dough? These insights will be uncovered throughout our session!
Our first step involves using the rolling pin to form our dough before layering sauces, cheeses, and a variety of toppings to craft delectable pizzas. Next, we'll place them in the wood-fired oven for baking while we take a moment to enjoy a cup of coffee.
When our pizzas are ready, we'll gather around the table to savor the fruits of our labor. There is no greater celebration for a job well executed! The meal will be complemented by soft drinks, wine, and water.
After 2.5 hours filled with culinary delight, we will bring this flavorful experience to a close!
