At your selected time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Valledupar and commence a picturesque route that explores both the capital of the Cesar department and its picturesque outskirts. Are you prepared to begin this adventure?
Throughout our exclusive tour of Valledupar, we will navigate on foot and by vehicle to reveal significant sites in utmost comfort.
Our first stop will be the Plaza de Alfonso López Pumarejo, encircled by charming colonial buildings and the Inmaculada Concepción Parish. We will stroll through Valledupar's historic district, pausing at intriguing spots to uncover their stories. The local artisanal treasures at the Centro Artesanal Calle Grande will also be a highlight of our visit.
Next, we'll visit the Accordion Museum, also referred to as Casa Beto Murgas. Here, you'll learn about the instrument's journey to the Valley of Upar and its impact on the local Indígenous cultures. Prepare to be fascinated!
We will then return to our vehicle and make our way to the Guatapurí River, where we will take in views of the renowned Hurtado Bridge and uncover the legend of the mermaid associated with Valledupar. Close by, we will explore Juglares Park, home to various photographs and sculptures honoring legendary Vallenato artists, including Diomedes Díaz.
After a delightful 4-hour exploration, we will return you to your hotel.
