If you are eager to learn how to prepare a staple dish from Poland, join us at 3 Stawki Street in Warsaw at your preferred time. Here, we will navigate through the process of becoming skilled makers of pierogi.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a seasoned chef who will share the insights of traditional Polish cooking. Following an introduction to the fundamental techniques, we will begin our culinary adventure. Flour will be spread across the workspace as we start kneading the dough that will encase our filling.

After allowing the dough to relax, we will focus on creating the filling for the pierogi: choose between vegetables or meat based on your preference. Once the onions are sautéed to perfection, we will blend in the remaining ingredients along with the chosen spices. With the filling prepared, we will cut circles in the dough to create pockets reminiscent of Italian ravioli. The moment has arrived to immerse them in boiling water!

Once they are cooked, we will gather around the table to savor our creations paired with traditional Polish spirits. This two-hour session will conclude with a delightful shared meal.
