We will visit the welcoming home of a local family, who will guide us in the preparation of this traditional island delicacy. Together, we will gather the ingredients and set to work. It's time to create!

Throughout this experience, we will follow our host's guidance to master the traditional cooking techniques of cachupa. This hearty stew typically includes corn, beans, fish or meat, potatoes, and manioc. Additionally, we will uncover some of the age-old culinary customs of Sal Island during the session.

After completing our dish, we will gather around the table to savor the flavors of our creation with our hosts. Following this delightful meal, we will return you to your hotel, concluding our experience approximately two hours later.
