By booking this experience, you can enjoy their delicious fondue at the hotel's award-winning Primrose restaurant, in an atmosphere of unparalleled elegance. The tables are individually lit by a Bohemian crystal lamp. The cuisine is inspired by French-Italian cooking, but adapted with selected local ingredients.

During your meal, you'll be served a sequence of four fondues. First, the seafood fondue, which includes scallops, squid, mussels, and sole cooked in a broth called court-bouillon. Accompanied by homemade sauces like dill dip, a lemon emulsion, Provençal tapenade, and caper dip, it'll be a feast for the eyes as much as the palate.

Next, you'll try the cheese fondue: an exclusive blend of imported cheeses, served with baguettes, assorted breads, potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, and tomatoes. Then, sample the meat fondue with Red Angus beef tenderloin served in the traditional Burgundy style. Accompaniments include black truffle sauce, gorgonzola dip, and Dijon mustard pâté.

Finally, for a sweet touch, you'll try the creamy Belgian chocolate fondue with a hint of cognac, served with seasonal fruit, Turkish apricots, and sliced almonds. The perfect end to a romantic evening!
