Your adventure begins with a timely pick-up at a predetermined meeting point, after which we will travel towards Cambará do Sul to delve into the wonders of the largest canyon in Latin America.

Upon arrival at the Aparatos da Serra National Park, you will be captivated by the Itaimbezinho Canyon, which stretches nearly 6 kilometers (4 miles) in length and plunges to depths of about 700 meters (2,300 feet). It's noteworthy that this stunning location has served as a backdrop for various Brazilian films and series, owing to its breathtaking views.

While exploring the area around the gorge, you will learn about the impressive basaltic cliffs formed over 130 million years through tectonic shifts and volcanic activity. This geological process has led to the development of a rich ecosystem, home to species from both the Atlantic Forest and the Araucaria Forest.

During our 6-kilometer (3.72-mile) trek, we will traverse two easy trails—the Vértice and Cotovelo—leading us to several lookout points that offer stunning panoramic views. Be sure to have your camera ready to capture these incredible moments!

Feeling hungry? As we take in the magnificent surroundings of the canyon, we will pause for a relaxing picnic lunch.

After a day filled with exploration, we’ll conclude the Itaimbezinho Canyon excursion, returning you to the meeting point.
