Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Montevideo, proceeding northwest toward the winery, approximately an hour's drive.

Upon arrival, a 45-minute guided exploration of the winery and its surroundings awaits. As we stroll through the picturesque vineyards, you'll delve into the heritage of the family that operates this establishment and progressively uncover the intricacies of wine production. The knowledgeable guide will share insights into essential processes such as pigeage, de-stemming, and malolactic fermentation, transforming you into a wine aficionado!

Further, we'll explore the underground cellars where the aging process unfolds, lasting between 6 and 18 months in this unique environment.

Your visit culminates with a delightful lunch featuring wine pairings or a tasting with appetizers, based on your selection.

At the conclusion of this enriching experience, we'll return you to your hotel in Montevideo.

Tasting with Aperitif or Lunch

During your reservation, you can opt for a package that includes a tasting of four wines (three whites and one red), accompanied by a selection of cheese, cold cuts, and empanadas, or choose the lunch experience. The lunch option comprises a complete meal with two courses, each paired with a glass of wine, plus dessert, water, coffee or tea, and a liqueur. Below is a sample menu for lunch:

• First course: leek roti with tomato concasse in mustard sauce, a chef's salad, crispy phyllo wrapped tetilla cheese, or ginger prawns, served with either Riesling 2020, Chardonnay 2021, or Merlot Tannat 2019.
• Main course: Bouza baby beef accompanied by gratin dauphinois and Tannat reduction, Sugarloaf Hampshire Down lamb paired with ratatouille and mild garlic sauce, grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables and citrus sauce, or sorrentinos filled with leeks and mushrooms in a fresh herb sauce, accompanied by Monte Vide Eu 2019, Tempranillo Tannat 2020, or Tannat B26 2019.
• Dessert: a choice of homemade ice cream, dulce de leche volcano, flan infused with vanilla pods and dulce de leche, or a caramelized apple tart served with ice cream, paired with Orujo distillate.
