Sailing Expedition around Huemul Island
Your journey begins at Petunia camping, where we will embark on the sailboat and set sail across Nahuel Huapi Lake. We will glide around the scenic San Pedro peninsula before arriving at Huemul Island, formerly a hub for Argentine nuclear research. The expedition continues as we navigate through Nahuel Huapi Lake to Isla de los Víveres and Puerto Venado, located in Neuquén province. A perfect opportunity for photos awaits!
During our voyage, we’ll pause for a delightful snack featuring coffee and traditional Argentine medialunas. You’ll even have the chance to try your hand at steering!
The experience concludes with our return to Puerto Petunia after a memorable three-hour journey.

Important information
On the day of the activity, you must head to the meeting point at the chosen time. The local supplier will be waiting for you at the Petunia campsite, located at 13,500 km of Avenida Bustillo, in Bariloche. Please arrive 20 minutes in advance.
