Sailing Adventure around Huemul Island

Our adventure begins at the Petunia camping area, where we'll board the sailboat and set sail on Lake Nahuel Huapi. As we navigate the pristine waters, we'll explore the stunning San Pedro peninsula en route to Huemul Island, which previously served as the hub for Argentine nuclear research. Continuing our journey, we'll glide through the lake towards Isla de los Víveres and Puerto Venado, located in Neuquén province. This will be a perfect opportunity for photography!

During the trip, we'll pause for a delightful snack, featuring coffee paired with traditional Argentine medialunas. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to learn the basics of sailing and take the helm yourself!

We will conclude our day with a return to Puerto Petunia after an enriching three-hour voyage.

On the day of the activity, you must head to the meeting point at the chosen time. The local supplier will be waiting for you at the Petunia campsite, located at 13,500 km of Avenida Bustillo, in Bariloche. Please arrive 20 minutes in advance.
