Our journey begins at Sucre Park, where we'll gather to commence an informative walking exploration of Riobamba. As we navigate the streets, notable landmarks will reveal themselves, along with fascinating accounts from the city's past.

Our initial destination will be the León Theater, celebrated as one of the finest theaters in Ecuador. We will have the chance to tour its interior, allowing us to admire its stunning architectural details.

Following this, we'll proceed to the Ecuadorian Post Office, an impressive building inspired by Italian design, crafted by architects Natale and Luca Tormen. Here, we will uncover the role of postal services in Ecuador between the 1950s and the 1970s.

As we near the end of our tour, we’ll visit the Casa Museo of Riobamba, followed by a leisurely walk to Maldonado Park. This area is dedicated to the exploration of the life and contributions of Pedro Vicente Maldonado Palomino y Flores, a distinguished scientist hailing from Riobamba.

To conclude our experience on a sweet note, we will stop by one of the city's cherished traditional ice cream shops, where we'll receive a delightful complimentary ice cream. This serves as a fitting finale to our four-hour adventure.
