Tour Overview
Your adventure begins at the specified time in front of the Hotel Guadalajara. With the aid of an English audio guide, you will immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Buga’s most significant locations, gaining insight into the customs and legends of Colombian rural life.
The first stop is the remarkable Monument El Faro, which honors the core values of the local community. Following this, we will visit the Basilica del Señor de los Milagros, known as the principal religious site and pilgrimage hub of the city, characterized by its stunning architecture and serene ambiance. Here, you will have the opportunity to appreciate and connect with the spiritual essence and devotion inherent in Buga.
Our journey includes three gastronomic stops, allowing you to sample local wines, coffees, and traditional sweets that embody the spirit of the region. At Dulces del Valle, you can indulge in a variety of regional desserts, including the delightful manjar blancos and cortados.
Next, we will make our way to Cava Montoro to taste their wines and delve into the area’s winemaking heritage. During this portion of the tour, you’ll also enjoy a valluna fried dish paired with a typical beverage, further immersing you in the gastronomic wealth of Valle del Cauca. Following this, we will visit Café Amaretto for a delightful cup of coffee sourced from local growers in Valle del Cauca.
