At the Casa Di Pietro restaurant, you will be presented with an enticing array of fondue options. Our Swiss adventure kicks off with a delightful cheese fondue tasting, accompanied by bread, broccoli, Calabrese sausages, herb-seasoned roasted potatoes, and guava.
Following this, you will enjoy La Pierrat, a sumptuous meat fondue served on hot stones. This dish features top-quality cuts of filet mignon, pork tenderloin, and chicken. It comes with farofa and is complemented by 11 specially crafted sauces, promising a fantastic burst of flavors!
To conclude the meal, you will delight in a milk chocolate fondue. Dabble seasonal fresh fruits, marshmallows, and wafer rolls in silky melted chocolate for an exquisite sweet finish.
After an indulgent 2-hour dining experience, we will wrap up this culinary journey.
