Lebara SIM Card with Calls

With the Lebara SIM card, you can stay connected during your trip to Spain, offering internet access and international calls.

How Does it Work?

Using an unlocked mobile phone is necessary. Upon picking up the SIM card in our shop, we will activate it for you. Included options based on selection are:

• All inclusive 10: includes 60 GB, unlimited national minutes, 500 minutes of international calls, and 100 national SMS.
• All inclusive 15: includes 150 GB, unlimited national calls, 1000 minutes of international calls, and 100 national SMS.

Duration

After activation, you have 4 weeks to use the minutes for calls to other Lebara users. If minutes are exhausted, you can top up at any Lebara store in major metro stations, suburban rail stations (Cercanías), or the airport.

Countries included in the package

• Mobile and landlines: A diverse range including Austria, Canada, Spain, and the United States.
• Landlines only: Countries include Argentina, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.

Pickup

The card can be collected at any Civitatis Tours & Tickets store in central Madrid. Opening hours are:

• Calle Montera store: from 9 am to 10 pm
• Calle Coloreros store: weekdays from 9 am to 10 pm / weekends from 10 am to 5 pm

Only 5 SIM cards can be purchased per ID card or passport.
