Welcome to Castello Tricerchi! At your chosen time, we will travel to this distinguished medieval estate, situated a mere 10 km from Montalcino's center. Together with your guide, you will stroll through the picturesque vineyards before entering the estate to indulge in a tasting of some of Tuscany's finest wines.

Inside, you will learn about the fascinating history of this 15th-century structure, which was once the residence of one of Siena's most influential families. As we delve into its past, you will have the opportunity to tour the barrel room, where secrets of the local wine production are revealed.

We will discuss the various methods and techniques involved in the winemaking process in Montalcino, identifying distinct grape varieties such as Sangiovese, a cultivar prevalent in this Italian region.

Next, we will proceed to the tasting room where you will sample three different wines, including the renowned Brunello di Montalcino. With guidance from the sommelier, you’ll appreciate the subtle flavors of each wine, complemented by ciaccino, a traditional focaccia from Siena.

Concluding after a 1.5-hour experience, we’ll wrap up this delightful journey outside the winery.
