This voucher is not a valid entry ticket. On the day chosen in your reservation, you will need to go to the entrance of the Royal Palace, located at the following address: Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 147, 1012 RJ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Audio Guide and Tickets

You can download the audio guide and ticket by completing the following steps:

Download the free WeGoTrip app from the App Store or Google Play, or at the following link.
Open the “My Reservations” tab in the WeGoTrip app.
Enter your reservation number to download the audio guide and ticket. You will also receive your reservation number by email. It will always begin with two "AA" followed by the Civitatis reservation number. For example, if your Civitatis reservation number is 1234567, your access code will be AA1234567.

Don't forget to bring your own headphones. We also recommend charging your phone in advance and bringing an external battery.

The palace is open every day at the following times:

Under 18

Children under 18 can enter the palace free of charge, but must get their ticket at the ticket office. If they want, they can also rent an audio guide for 5EUR per person.
