Itinerary for the Hanoi Walking Tour

We will assemble at the designated time at Republik Backpackers’ Hostel to commence our guided exploration of Hanoi. From this point, our journey will take us to one of the city's most emblematic landmarks: the famed Hoan Kiem Lake. The intriguing tale behind its name along with the captivating legend associated with it will leave you in awe!

Our next stop will be the renowned Huc Bridge, frequently referred to as the Red Bridge. As we traverse this celebrated pathway, be prepared for stunning views of the lake and the mystical Turtle Temple.

Following this, we will visit the Temple of the Jade Mountain, a major highlight in Hanoi. We’ll then pause briefly at the Memorial Monument before diving into the local ambiance with a visit to one of the city's most cherished coffee spots. Here, you will have the chance to taste the iconic egg coffee, a Vietnamese specialty that is sure to delight your palate!

Refreshed, we’ll proceed into Hanoi's Old Town, a maze of historic streets bustling with shops and a lively flow of motorbikes. You will gain insight into the vibrant daily life within this lively district, highlighting its status as the cultural and commercial core of the city.

As we wrap up our walking tour, we will make our way to the well-known Hanoi Railway Street, a narrow alley where the long-distance train in Vietnam passes perilously close to the buildings and coffee shops—a truly remarkable sight not to be missed.

After approximately 3.5 hours of exploring, we will conclude our complimentary tour of Hanoi by returning to our original meeting location.
