Our meeting point is a charming carpet weaving studio situated in Anabala Pasaj?, conveniently located in the heart of Istanbul and just a pleasant stroll from Taksim Square.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted warmly and served a cup of Turkish tea or coffee, setting the stage for an introduction to the fascinating world of Turkish carpets. You'll explore their elaborate designs and uncover the meanings behind their vibrant colors.

Next, you will delve into the practical side of weaving. Guided by an experienced artisan, you will master the traditional double knot technique essential for crafting genuine carpets. Each participant will have an individual loom and will begin to create a small custom rug using a selection of colorful wool threads.
