The experience commences on level -1, known as the Habsburg Floor, where an introductory overview of the Trastámara dynasty and its Catholic Monarchs is provided, leading up to the reign of Charles II.
This floor continues with dedicated spaces for the notable Habsburg monarchs: Charles I, Philip II, Philip III, Philip IV, and Charles II, alongside archaeological finds from the original Arab wall of Madrid.

Be aware that these rates exceed the prices at the box office because they include management fees ranging from EUR2.23 to EUR6 per person. This ensures that you avoid waiting in line and guarantees access.

Sundays and holidays: 10 am to 7 pm
Free admission hours: Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) from 6 pm to 8 pm. Please note that tickets cannot be used during this time. - Closure of ticket office and entrance: 45 minutes prior to closing time
Ticket Option for the Royal Palace of Madrid
If you wish to experience both the gallery and the Royal Palace of Madrid, you have the option to purchase a combined ticket. This allows you to explore one of Western Europe's largest royal residences at your leisure, featuring highlights such as the Main Staircase, Throne Room, and other exquisitely decorated areas dating from Charles III to Alfonso XIII.
Alternately, if you have limited time, you might also opt for a ticket exclusively for the Royal Palace of Madrid .
Validity of Tickets
Please keep in mind that the designated time slot applies to your visit to the Royal Palace. Admission to the Royal Collections Gallery is valid for 7 days following your visit to the Royal Palace and cannot be used between 6 pm and 8 pm from Monday to Thursday.
