Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in São Filipe, leading you on a comprehensive exploration of Fogo Island, known for its remarkable natural beauty.

We will first head to Chã das Caldeiras National Park, a prime location where you can admire the stunning Fogo Volcano and capture unforgettable photographs. Standing at 9,314 feet (2829 meters), this volcano is the highest point within the entire Cape Verde archipelago.

Throughout the trip, you will encounter houses constructed from lava and learn about the significance of the volcanic soil in this unique environment. We’ll also take you through charming rural communities such as Patim, Achada Furna, and Cabeça Fundão.
